Overall it is actually okay, but bilik share toilet with another room. And the staff didn't even told us about it. So we decided to check out the same day because the toilet that we share is man. So there is no safety at all. Should be the staff told us or maybe suggest us to move to another room.

Sangat sangat teruk, dari segi servis dan staf, sebelum ni saya terbaca komen yang teruk, dan sekarang terjadi kepada kawan saya. Apabila sampai terpaksa menunggu lama, staf kaunter tiada. Tiada breakfast seperti dalam pakej.

Pada saya ini bukan hotel. Lebih kepada homestay@rumah tumpangan. Dgn harga pada saya tak berbaloi. Kata ada breakfast tapi tidak di sediakan. Blanket kuning bertompok mcm tak basuh. TV pun tidak ada dalam bilik. Nyamuk berlari lari dalam bilik. Air di shower kecik menitik je. Mmg tak puas hati dgn bayaran. Maaf ini review ikhlas.

Strategic location, good facilities. Very good comfort, overall very good.

The room was very near to a compressor room of Mydin Mall. We cannot sleep overnight due to noisy sound from the compressor room. Breakfast was not served but the charge for the room was included breakfast. Unfriendly staff at the reception and check out desk. Thanks.

The place was so good. Their staff is so friendly. They just need to improve is that they breakfast. Other than that everything was good 👍.

The water is not that strong, the room is in a 2-story house, but so far it's okay to sleep for 1 night only, for those who have a family can book a house, if you talk a little loudly, outsiders can hear.

The room is as exactly as shown in the app. It is clean and the air conditioner is cold throughout the night, it just that the owner of the homestay already fix the temperature of the air conditioner and the fan. So you have to give it a time for the room to be cool and to be comfortable.

Terrible experience. They do not mention about shared bathroom.

The room I rented had a toilet shared with the occupants of the next room. So make sure the occupant next door unlocks the door of our toilet first before going to bed. I'm worried we won't be able to use the toilet in the middle of the night. Unless we have to knock on the door of the occupant’s room that shares the toilet with us. A continental breakfast is available.

booking time, picture of the toilet in the room .. what he got, the toilet outside the room ... that's it, security is a file ... the door is locked until morning .. the hotel has 3 doors weh ... reception control 1 door yes. . again 2 doors should be monitored by cc tv ... cctv isn't the person ... if anything happens, bru tgk cctv .. you guys think yer ... horror to x horror ...

The hotel staff is friendly and customer friendly. The facilities are very good and nice. Will stay again after this.

This is hotel right? Or homestay. If you want to make accommodation, the hotel should provide toiletries such as soap and towels. That’s when I go request soap and they say. "No soap" what the h*ll ?? So i pay just overlap tido? If stay 3 days ?? I no need to take a shower to clean myself ???? And I took a room that had 2 beds. You should know a room for 2-3 people. Prepare 2-3 towels. This is only for 1 towel !!! If the call reception does not want to answer the call while there is in front of the counter. Takkan call at 12midnight taknak angkat !!!! Then another mineral water is not provided. Go get a new request. Omgg bad service. I always going back to kelantan, next time i will look for other hotel blacklist !!!

This hotel is close to Universiti Sains Malaysia Hospital. It made it easy for me to commute to treat my mother who was at HUSM and come home to rest at the hotel at around 12.30pm to 1.00am. Best because it provides a good breakfast for the guests even though the hotel rental is relatively cheap compared to other hotels that are more expensive but do not provide breakfast. the room i lived in only had 1 single bed however there was a private dining table, private bathroom, fan and air conditioning. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

The original room purchased was full & given a problem room (clogged & no lights)

the 1st time stating here was great, place was nice and clean. After few time staying, it becoming worst and worst by time. nobody maintaining the hotel , the is ant everywhere, even on bed. toilet is the worst, infected with many tiny bugs.
