... Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. The hotel doesn't have an elevator for guests but there is a small elevator for luggage.

I came back from abroad so I chose to check in from 23:45 and pay at the hotel. When I checked in, they said they couldn't call me to pay in advance (because I updated the number overseas) so now there was no room. However, I still left my email. If you want customers to pay in advance, don't let them pay at the hotel and then ask me to support you with Grab money to go to another branch. There's a problem here so I have to book the hotel here. Let the customer drag 3 suitcases in the night to find another hotel. Is the hotel's work like that really professional and service-oriented?

The room is relatively clean, soundproofing is not good. The hotel does not have an elevator but the staff helps bring luggage up for guests.

The facilities are okay, not too special. The receptionist is not professional. I booked a room on the check-in app on September 2, check-in time is from 2:00 p.m., I arrived at the hotel at 5:30 p.m., but the receptionist said the room would be available at 6:30 p.m. and only replied that they did not know the room information because the previous shift missed the information and there was no apology. When I made a fuss, they said there was still a room and took me to the 301st floor and a few more problems arose. All the problems I encountered here revolved around the working attitude and problem handling of the hotel staff, their answer was just that they did not know and were not satisfied. Although everything else was okay, I definitely will not come back.

I booked a standard room that day, there was a free room upgrade program, I was upgraded to a VIP room to experience. The room is spacious and airy with a balcony overlooking the street. The TV has Netflix so you can watch movies without getting bored. The staff is cute, enthusiastic, always smiling and opening the door for me when I go in and out. Will come back here again.

The hotel is near Saigon station, a reasonable choice if you need a place to rest before taking the train. There are many eateries around. Modern design hotel. Friendly employee.
