The hotel staff was friendly and easy to talk to. The room was great. The bathroom was clean and odor-free. Complete amenities. The AC was cool. Snacks, coffee, and tea were provided. Overall, it was great. I'll be back again. Room on the 33rd floor.

A comfortable and quiet apartment, with clean sheets and towels, and friendly security. The only downside is that the AC in the room wasn't cold (after reporting it, the receptionist quickly fixed it), and unfortunately, there were stains on the sofa. Please improve the cleanliness. Thank you.

Tree park is located in a very strategic area, close to the Breeze, Teras Kota Mall, next to a nice cafe and McDonald's. It was a nice short stay, will go back there again definitely

I don't regret staying here. The place is comfortable, clean, the Wi-Fi is working, the AC is cold, the water heater is working, and there are free snacks. It's great!!! I think I'll stay here again next time, God willing.

Apartment with hotel service, no need to bother making an appointment with the room provider because you just go to the lobby like checking in at a hotel in general. There is no breakfast, but there are lots of snacks and food around the apartment (which I crossed out in red)

Suitable for a place to stay if there is an event or just hanging out in BSD. The cleanliness is quite okay, the shower has hot water, but when I stayed there wasn't much, it didn't last long and became plain water, but that's okay. There are restaurants and cafes in the apartment complex, so it's not difficult to find food either. The check-in process was smooth
