Strategic location, suitable for vacation in Bukittinggi

Very clean hotel and close to various tourist attractions.

Breakfast is very, very concerning. Lontong made using plastic bags (unhealthy), chicken egg side dish is split. Fruit is limited.

Excellence customer service. Great food for breakfast. Simple but clean accommodation. Easy access.

I felt like at 5star hotel. Keep up the good work.

Overall, I had a great experience with the grand kartini hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Just 5minute walk to shop and next building is mosque. The room was wonderful and clean.

Lokasi strategis, resepsionis ramah.

The rooms are small and the breakfast is just kadrnya style (nasgor and lupis) Not in accordance with the room price paid.

The room smells great. Until belain stayed here 2 times. The bathroom is clean and smells good too. Hot work. It's not too wide but for lodging in the middle of a tourist city, it is highly recommended. The breakfast is also delicious and there are several menus. Love staying here. Later, if you go to Bukittinggi again, you will choose this hotel again.

Saya selalu menginap di sini bersama keluarga. Sangat menyenangkan, pelayanan ramah, kamar bersih, staff super ramah, sarapan enak pokoknya wajib menginap.

Sempat ragu buat nginap di sini, dengan harga yang ramah di kantong. Takut ga nyaman, dan ga bersih. Tapi semua keraguan hilang pas masuk hotel. Pas masuk disambut dengan ramah, boleh nitip tas dulu karena belum waktunya check in. Terus wangi lagi, pas masuk kamar juga bersih dan sangat wangi. Terus saya liat kamar mandinya brrsih, wangi, spreinya bersih, handuknya juga bersih. Saya kalo milih hotel yang paling utama itu kebersihan dan kenyamanan. Deket kemana-mana, tinggal jalan kaki beberapa menit nyampe deh di Jam Gadang. Nanti kalo liburan sekolah saya mau balik kesini lagi. Terima kasih Grand Kartini Hotel.

Clean, friendly staff, near to the crowd and shopping centre.

The inn is clean, friendly and cheap, those who want to find dinner do not need to use a vehicle, just walk, there are many available.

The place is strategic and child-friendly, the hotel provides breakfast with a children's menu, very helpful for me who brings toddlers.

The hotel is clean, the service is friendly.

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, near to jam gadang and city, its likely to stay again.

The grand kartini hotel is really clean even though there are no stars. But cleanliness is not the same as a 4 star hotel. There is nothing wrong with going to a high hill to stay at the Grand Kartini Hotel.

How fun. That's great. The breakfast is satisfying.
