The space is generally nice but the hygiene is bad, the smell from the gate to the pool area is very strong, the bathroom has a distinct urine smell when checking in. But the service, the receptionist is very good. Hope to have a better experience next time.

My experience here was not good because there was no staff to support, the room was dark and a bit damp. The breakfast was a bit salty and not varied.

For me personally, it's okay. If you need a quiet place to stay, I think this place is more suitable. The room interior is quite old because I stayed there once in 2019. Towels and bed sheets at the hotel are quite sensitive because of hygiene issues, and the resort only changes them once every 2-3 days for environmental reasons. So everyone should consider preparing personal items. The advantage is that there is a swimming pool with a good view to rest at the resort if you don't want to go out. Breakfast is mainly bread, pho or Quang noodles depending on the day, not too diverse.

Should have coffee corner or proper lounge, terrace service drinks. We arrived at noon time and there 's no place to sit avoid the hot sun. We need to find a coffee shop near by while waiting room ready.

Nghe is A classy, ​​gentle resort, with open green trees, field breeze views, with low-rise villages, blue pool, wonderful Villas area with natural architecture. Naturally, you will return to nature, leaving behind the noise and stress.

Beautiful hotel set in splendid grounds. Close to the centre and attractions with free bikes available if you don't want to walk along the busy streets. Complimentary drinks and good information provided at check-in. Great, freshly cooked food and variety of menu. Excellent value for money.

I stayed three nights at Nghe Garden Resort and loved it. The resort is luxurious, cozy and very clean. From the lobby to the swimming pool areas everything is well maintained. Their breakfast is great and offers a variety of food that in part changes every day. Their staff is super friendly and attentive, which made my stay even more special. It takes less than 10 min by foot to Old Town. If I get to visit Hoi An again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

My mum stayed here as part of a tour of Vietnam. The staff were incredibly caring and helpful, bringing her tea in bed when she was unwell. HOA was the member of staff who stuck in my mum's mind in particular. She was so appreciative of their service that she asked me to write a review on her behalf!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The attendants are incredibly kind, give you the best care and treatment I've ever had from anh resort hotel! The place is beautiful and well kept! . The buffet breakfast included in your room charge was abundant and sustained us for the day. This is anh place for anyone to enjoy, from romantic couples to families. The location is perfect, right outside the business of town and an easy drive to get to.

My family had a wonderful vacation at Nghe Garden. The space is very peaceful and relaxing, true to its name, and the rooms are clean, true to the pictures that Nghe Garden posted. Clean, cozy room. Friendly and enthusiastic worker. But the 3rd floor has no WiFi. There is a bathtub but not enough hot water to fill the soaking tub.
