The hotel staff is very friendly, but the hotel is not well managed (carelessly), such as the cleanliness of the room, the walls are full of stains and dust, the toilet is broken, the sheets are no longer suitable. Hopefully in the future this hotel can be improved and sharia according to its name

Bad hotel, no toothbrush, no soap, only 1 towel for 2 days. Bad.

The AC is not cold, the room is full of ants, the drawers and cupboards are very dusty, it smells of cigarette smoke, the toilet flush is broken, there are lots of spider webs on the ceiling, and the sound of the water machine is also noisy so I can't sleep soundly.

The room does not match the photo, especially the sheets. The bathroom is dirty, the toilet flush is stuck, I complained to the receptionist but got no response, the hotel atmosphere is gloomy, many of the terrace lights are out.

Very satisfied and not disappointing. Close to the city center, the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable for families, the location is very strategic, close to the city and shopping centers. The rooms are clean and comfortable

After arriving at the location, there was an outside bathroom and bunk beds and we joined other people. It's really annoying that there is no privacy and the waiter pleasantly said that it was the only facility. My advice is to just delete this hotel as a scam.

I ordered 3 rooms, 1 room turned out to be a capsule type with an outside bathroom, while in my room there were many strange spots on the hotel room walls that had dried (room no. 11)

I booked 3 rooms, my room had lots of spots like dried sperm on the walls of the hotel room, there were lipstick marks next to the mirror.

Sangat buruk, kondisi kamar mengenaskan, sprei sudah bolong masih dipakai. Closet jorok sudah berkerak kuning, kran shower sudah bermasalah. Akhirnya gak jadi dipakai nginep daripada mimpi buruk.
