Good staff, the room was not the same as in the pictures, the room was empty, there was no mineral water and tissue.

1. There is no phone coverage have to fully rely on wifi. No wifi coverage inside the rooms though. 2. All the fans were dusty and a lot of rubbish found at balcony and at the back of bed and underneath the sofa. Called up housekeeping and they cleaned up next day. 3. Toilet ventilation is poor and a lot of insects due to humidity. Disgusting.

Spacious, comfortable & clean room. Very satisfying.

This apartment is so cool. unfortunately the shower apartment unit can leak so it's a bit difficult when bathing. But from check-in to check-out everything is easy.

Room and facilities are good except for the toilet. There are no towel hook and bidet hose in the toilet.

1. television was not working the whole 3 days 2. no shampoo or soap provided in the toilets 3. the aircond in the living room isn't working optimally 4. the 2nd bedroom got locked and a locksmith had to come nevertheless we would like to thank Derrick for being responsive and swift in his responses.

Great, the most favorite apartment ever rented, nice view, near the mountain should feel very natural. The host is very cute, let me check in early 3 hours, and send my stuff back at night to get it. Borrow 2 pole 3-pin charger ... Will definitely introduce friends here. But here near the university (concentrated universities) should have cheap student dining area always. Will definitely give 5 stars ..

The location is far from the city. Mosque or mosque does not exist. There are no facilities for Muslims to worship, even though this is an apartment not a hotel. The night pool cannot be used, the pool rules are extraordinarily strict. Almost all visitors are checked for use. There is a kitchen but no stove. Even though the intention to cook is a failure. Nice hotel interior design, clean rooms.

Staff very good, the house also nice but there were lack of facilities that service apartment should have. No mirrors in each room, no toiletries in a toilet, tv not functioning. Also, I found a lot of ants and cockroach at the hall and in the room. P

Overnight with colleagues. An okay place especially with family. Private apartment, spacious bed, unfortunately there is no stove.

Everything about this serviced apartment is marvelous. It was clean, well preserved, equipped with all kitchen utensils. However what is upsetting me was the caretaker. The caretaker was ruthless. I still remember being accused haven’t paid yet when obviously I have. Not to mention the way I was replied, wasn’t nice at all.

The apartment is comfortable but the service is very rude. The clerk did not serve the check-in process properly. I want to check-in, because the location of the room is a bit confusing so I ask the officer to take me to the room and finish the details of the apartment, eh, he is angry and frowning because his working hours are over. So it's not convenient because the officers are rude.

The apartment is nice and very clean, nice to stay here.

When we came apart the apartment we rented had no official arte service that was privately owned, so it was quite difficult we contacted him via telephone. Several times not connected. Long time. so also at check-out. Finally we stayed the key at the table apart. The elevator is also broken for 2 days, we also have to use the elevator for goods that have to queue for long because all tenants include cleaning services that carry full 1 elevator equipment. We will not stay there again.

the apartment was fully furnished and also clean but the only thing that not good is there is no wifi :( but overall I got good experience stayed at arte s apartment
