On the first day they didn’t give me my original room with bathtub, they say my room is under maintenance without notice me before. And today on my 1st day, the water isn’t working at all, I need to take shower, go to toilet. They called the maintenance team but unsure when will they come. It’s bot fair, I paid full but I don’t get the same value. This is unsatisfying!
