The hotel ambiance is very comfortable and homey, the surrounding atmosphere is very beautiful, the distance to the surrounding restaurants is also close, the distance from the hotel to the souvenir shopping center is also close, the staff is very friendly and helped our needs during our stay, highly recommended for family vacations, especially for more than 1 day 🥰

Excellent stay at Hotel Santika Garut! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. We also loved the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful mountain views. A perfect place to relax, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff is very friendly. It's really nice to stay here, get a Premier room. The service is excellent, and the swimming pool is like a cafe, so we enjoyed afternoon and morning snacks. I really want to get Santika Ka's stuffed sheep.

This was our second time in Garut and we always stay at Santika Premiere Garut as we always had a great experience spending our holiday with Santika. They have a wonderful view surrounded by beautiful mountains and rice fields. It makes you feel comfortable and enjoy nature. Facilities are good, rooms are very convenient, and the food is also enjoyable. A must-visit place to stay in Garut.

The hotel is huge, with ample parking, friendly staff, and a truly beautiful view! The food is delicious and varied, the pool is heated, the gym is cool and comfortable, there's pickle ball, kids' activities, and a kids' water park. There's a jogging track to the rice fields directly behind the hotel. I was very satisfied staying here!

Our room was full of mosquitoes. We reported it immediately to the staff and were moved to another room. The service was 5*. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. Beautiful views of the rice fields and mountains. Thank you for a wonderful night.
