Super nice and clean room, even though there were a few hundred guests, check in was very quick, luggage was brought to the room, instructions on room services from automatic curtains to TV... when entering the room, there was fruit ready to serve. Perfect staff, perfect room, great location, scenery & food, better than expected

When checking in without a guide, the room for 3 guests only leaves 2 pairs of slippers, when checking out, the guest has to pay for the slippers brought in the room.

Everything is bad. Employees lose patience. Unprofessional. The reception is empty. Mixed with guests. Room staff is 8 hours when guests are sleeping, then knock on the door when asked to clean the room. Spa is outsourced to outsiders, then they open the unhealthy massage service. I'm disgusting here.
