We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, right in the city center, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful — they did their best to assist us with an early check-in as we arrived early in the morning from Dalat, and they also helped us to rent a motorbike, which was very convenient. However, the food and breakfast options were quite limited, especially for halal choices. Overall, a good stay with excellent service — just something to note for Muslim travelers.

I stayed at 7th floor, 8th floor is breakfast room, I've been hearing noise from the ceiling since 7am. And I think The hotel smells like a bathroom. The good thing is that the service staff are good.

I requested for high floor, got the lowest level 2. So noisy at night cause so near to ground floor. The information not updated. Spa already closed. Waiting for check in. They don't even give you a room when it is ready even 10 mins before that. Lastly breakfast only starts at 6.30am. Need to leave by 6.20am to catch flight.
