the bathroom is not clean and the service is not satisfactory

Already ordered through an application where the facilities have ac. But when it arrived they said there wasn't any and had to add another 100 thousand. The room has cobwebs and the bed is full of mites. My sister is itchy. No recommended.

Not as promised. Breakfast is not there even though I accidentally took the one that had breakfast, the towel must be requested, also did not have hot water, the dispenser had water but it was not clean, the location was standard.

There are no towels and soap in the room.
