I booked on the app and there were still rooms available, but when I arrived, the receptionist said there were no rooms available. They couldn't help me. When other guests arrived, they took their IDs and gave them the rooms. I'm not sure if the other house had booked in advance, but they didn't show the booking or anything, and they had a room while I didn't. It was raining heavily and it was 10pm at night, so I had to brave the rain to find another place while the booking on the app still reported success.
