Nice location, beside shopping mall. The room is good but a little bit dirty.

Other than the hot water system, everything else is good for the price. I spoke to the manager about the lukewarm water system. Apparently, the hotel has solar. That is good, but at night, no electricity to heat up water. The hotel was full, so the hot water finishes very quickly. Management needs to find a solution. On a good note, the staff is very friendly, and KK Bus Central is next door. Good if we wish to travel around Sabah. Cheap and on time.
