The AC didn't work properly, the phone didn't work (I asked the receptionist if they wanted breakfast, but the phone didn't even work), the bathtub didn't have a stopper, and the water would suddenly shut off more than three times a day. There were lots of mosquitoes, and the room smelled awful (as if it hadn't been cleaned). Overall, it was very disappointing.

The service was good and reliable, but the room cleanliness could be improved. Also, regarding mosquitoes, perhaps guests should spray their rooms with mosquito repellent before checking in.

Definitely recommended, don't forget to stay here if you go to Sampit

For that price, it's just so-so, the facilities are lacking and the quality is the same as a regular guesthouse.

The hotel staff are very friendly.

The downside is the slippery toilet floor, and the door lock doesn't really work so you have to hold it using a small table from the inside, the TV only has one channel that can be turned on, there are no other channels, the room area is quiet, comfortable, safe, not noisy, the service and other things are okay, it's worth it

The rooms are simple, but still comfortable for resting, and the location is close to Borneo Mall Sampit. Awesome.

For the Deluxe Hotel class label, it DOES NOT reflect the deluxe quality, the toilet closet is broken, noisy, like it's about to come off, not sturdy, the room atmosphere is uncomfortable, the room walls are peeling, the deluxe hotel has no room slippers, the toilet is not SE Exclusive Deluxe Room, Coffee & Sugar Facilities are stingy, Funny hotel 300k, no Wifi and breakfast is not like a deluxe hotel in general (not prepared in the dining room with a deluxe menu but delivered to the room like a 15-20 thousand menu). More like an Economy class hotel, cleanliness of the bed / bed cover, pillowcases are still less comfortable. Deluxe price but room facilities, room atmosphere, cleanliness & breakfast facilities do not match the deluxe label. Hopefully in the future it will be better with improvements like other deluxe hotels.

Bathtub, tapi tidak ada penutupnya, TV juga tidak normal, makanan kurang sip. Sebenarnya jika dirawat pasti lebih laris ini Werra. Mohon maaf tidak sempat foto.

The water smells like iron, so when you rinse your mouth and wash your face it feels very pungent

Neat, friendly service, spray perfume/insect medicine first if possible, because there are lots of cockroaches.

Creepy place, many properties are very old and not suitable for use.
