The floor is very dirty, not swept, the room smells dirty, not recommended for staying overnight.

Asked for an upgrade on the grounds that the single room had run out, there was a double room but had to add RM 50. Finally with all considerations I added RM 40 (disappointing).

Not satisfied. No towels provided. No drinking. Hotel a lot of hair. The bathroom is very dirty. Ado percm, just stay here and waste your money.

Very disappointing. Dirty. Gag ad lift. The waiter doesn't open. It's really annoying. Sangkin is the beta gag at 5 am I check it's hot.

No water bottle served, TV not working. No housekeeping service. The staff very rude. And jeep calling our room unnessary. Never going to stay there anymore.

The room was comfortable, quite clean, the receptionist was friendly.

The hotel waiter was very friendly and kind, the location of the hotel. Also strategic and close to KL central station. The rooms are cramped but clean and comfortable.

No lift, let us climb the stairs to the 3rd floor.

Being in the middle of Little India. This hotel is right for me and my family. Close to various centers in KL, easy to get halal food and souvenirs, and add insight into the local wisdom of Malaysia that is multi-cultural. The hotel is relatively clean and comfortable, although there is no elevator. But considering the cheap price, all of that is no problem.

Onguntu is really bad message here. The location of the hotel is on the 2nd floor of an Indian goods supply shop. The guardians are also Indians who don't speak languages. Using English is also a bit strange we hear their language. Along the hallway smells of incense worshiping India. Dirty bathroom, TV remote and no AC. The room is small and the partition is thin so the next room that is being obscene is heard. this hotel is so negative. For family tours, don't come here.

the room is good, but the environment is not condusive. there are loud sound outside the room, the tv don't have any channel. you have to walk around 1km from kl sentral.

Cleanliness is not good, wi-fi is very weak.

Poor hygiene. Looks like the floor is not swept every day, and facilities in the room still have to be addressed. Wi-Fi usage is very weak.

Close to the sale of Indian sari fabrics, my wife likes the ambiance around the hotel. Also close to central KL, and the bus station to the airport.

Door in bathroom is broken, hotel doesn't have an elevator, it is hard to carry the thing, toilet tissue doesn't place in right place. So sad.

I will never book this hotel again or any other hotel in that area , no never .

The hotel is clean and it is easy to find. It is near to KL Sentral so it is easy for me to go anywhere.

The hotel staff is friendly. Room according to the picture. Clean. Comfortable ... cute color ☺
