Every time I stay here, it's really comfortable, I always stay here when I'm on a staycation.

There are cockroaches on the bed, especially when I open the kitchen cupboard, there are lots of baby cockroaches :(

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful.

The room size and facilities are quite good. It's just that the cleanliness of the room and the hotel area is less than perfect.

The equipment includes toiletries. The bedroom is not very cool because there is only 1 AC. The water heater was dead. The rest is sufficient.

The location is quite strategic. In the apartment itself, there are many places to eat, cheap and delicious. The E tower swimming pool can be used for children. Mr. Rendi and staff are fast response to help and complaints. Please improve the cleanliness of the unit area. Continued success. 👍.

the room is very ugly, dirty, smelly especially the pillows are very bad smell bad, the condition of the unit is all broken, the mattress is dirty like there are stains after nganu, bathroom leaks, many ants, dusty, there are many used cigarette butts in between places sitting and there are used earplugs stored in sela2 chair, very disgusting, not very well.

I booked last minute, because of the holiday season and beautiful dates, it turned out that all the hotels were full, so I finally decided to book the remaining apartments and found the price was already high 😁, if you look at the reviews, it was rather bad. Maybe the person who gave the review had too high expectations but in my opinion it's actually quite good, the room is clean, the hot water is running smoothly, the TV, WiFi, the stove is on, the room size is a bit small, standard for an LA apartment, the bed is small. Check in at 1pm, meet the person holding the key under the towel, only 1 towel, no toiletries either, then check in at 9am, have to pay 3000 per hour for parking, pay it yourself 😄 if it's just for transit then that's not bad heheh.

The water heater didn't work at all, the mattress sheets weren't changed, it was very smelly, the pillows and bolsters weren't clothed (naked), lots of small cockroaches, the place was very dirty, it wasn't cleaned, only air freshener was given, the toilet couldn't be flushed. So disappointed that it causes itching.

No need to give photos, but I went back and forth to change rooms 3 times until I was tired, every complaint was always followed up, but how do you choose the units?

Very, very dirty, the room smells of cigarettes and is thick to the point that the smell sticks to clothes, the rooms are not maintained, more like just renting it out.

The room is clean, the wifi is fast, it can netflix, the dispenser is ready, the hot water is fast, great.
