I was given a room at the end of building where wifi connection couldn’t reached. Informed the front desk 3 times but they insisted that there is no problem with the wifi coverage and said they will restart the router. Until I said to bring the technician to test the coverage in my room, they suddenly agreed to change my room and admit that the wifi coverage cannot reached the area.

this hotel is good but the tv have many chinese tv channel and only one english tv channel. need to improve the tv channel :D

The rooms are not clean, the floor is dusty, the air conditioner filter is not cleaned.
