The hotel staff is friendly, and the room facilities and outdoor activities are ample. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is disappointingly lacking. Breakfast is not very varied, but the food is quite good.

The place is comfortable, the rooms are clean, and there are lots of TVs. There are three TVs in each room. They are directly connected to the swimming pool. The food is also delicious, but because we ate close to 10 o'clock, we only had leftovers. Overall, it's nice, comfortable, clean, the service is friendly, there are lots of photo spots, and what I really liked was the mountain behind the hotel, which is really cool.

Comfortable, cozy, with a great view, worth it. God willing, I'll come back here again.

The hotel's view is absolutely stunning. Access is easy, and I'll definitely come back to Garut and stay here.

The atmosphere was comfortable. Unfortunately, when we went there, the pool was dirty and the next morning it was being drained. As a result, we couldn't swim because the other pool was dirty and the water was very cold.

The room was comfortable, but it was a bit noisy in the hallway because it was school holidays. If I may suggest, it's time to upgrade from a spring mattress to a latex mattress, as the ones I've had aren't comfortable to sleep on anymore.

The hotel has the best view and is also kid-friendly. Definitely recommended.

The hotel's view is excellent, close to Mount Guntur but not too far from downtown Garut. The facilities are excellent. The swimming pool is also nice, with plenty of water activities for kids. Breakfast is okay. Reasonably priced. The facilities could be improved.

It was a great holiday and the staff were very friendly.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The only downside was that the bathroom exhaust was dead, so it smelled bad when the bathroom was closed. Otherwise, it was fine.

The natural surroundings are breathtaking. Our room was on the second floor with a view of the pool and the mountains. The food was quite good, although not very varied.

There are plenty of facilities for children, including a mini zoo, numerous swimming pools, and playgrounds. There are also plenty of photo spots.

The scenery around the hotel is still beautiful.
