one of our favorite hotel in jakarta. its the 2nd time staying at this hotel with family.. hope the swimming pool will operate soon.. good food, good vibes. but little noisy at the night with the sounds of speeding motorcycle (pembalap liar)..and please do something with the netflix..as we cannot connect our account,too bad.. but overall everything is good love the room sooo much to Staycation with the families..thanksss Azana👏👏👍👍

The hotel is nice and clean, only the traffic access is always jammed.. the room smells clean, the check-in process is fast and friendly.. minus the dirty toilet (ex-closet underneath is rusty yellow, it looks dirty, the room wallpaper is open like it's not maintained but it's clean), the room service responds quickly, there are many choices of breakfast but the taste is lacking.. hopefully it will be better tomorrow, overall recommended for a staycation with family.

Honest review for service from CI to CO good, the first day the female FO service was very helpful and fast. For the pool it's a shame even though the view is good but 3 times I went there during my stay it was always dirty, and the drink order at the restaurant was inconsistent I ordered pinacolada the first day it was delicious on the second day it tasted ordinary and on the second day the standby employees should be trained how to speak to guests not to be more polite and avoid the word "bang" because this is a hotel not a coffee shop. From Housekeeping very helpful I requested an iron and all sorts of things were delivered directly, and for breakfast it was less varied but the taste was still ok and also even though there were many who were on standby but the drinks were empty none of them were refilled I had to call them first to be refilled. So just input more awareness of the work environment even though it's good but it could be bad due to several points but keep thank you for your stay experience

Staycation and event there. Booking a 2 bedroom suite for the South Jakarta area is pocket-friendly and the room is also nice and big. But the food tastes ordinary, tends to be a bit expensive. Too bad breakfast only gets 2, even though booked for 2 bedroom suites.

Second time here! This time the CI and CO process was fast. Everything was perfect including the breakfast.. better than the first time I stayed here (or was it because it was the first time during Ramadan? Hehe). Tried eating on the rooftop, the burger was delicious.

Must stay here again if you vacation in Jakarta.

Hotel B4 is affordable for family time. Although the swimming pool is small, the view from the top of the building is really worth it 🥰

I chose a one bedroom suites type room, the room is big, clean, the breakfast is delicious, the hotel is close to the Citos mall. only the kitchen equipment is missing, next time please provide cutlery in the room sis

Staycation here is don't judge the book by its cover, at first glance the outside appearance is not convincing, but once you enter the hotel room, the room is large, clean and well maintained with up-to-date interior furniture, the standard bathroom cleanliness is well maintained. It's just that activities for swimming and playing with children are limited because the area is not that big. For food, the hotel meets the eligibility standards and for breakfast at the hotel is also okay, only the restaurant area is limited so you have to wait for your turn to eat. Professional staff serve well. Thank you for the service, yes, limited space does not reduce professionalism in serving. Hopefully it can continue to be maintained well and improved. For a short staycation in the middle of the city, it is recommended.

clean and spacious room, standard hotel food + there is boiled and fried Indomie which is made on the spot, upgrading the class of Indomie, the kids like the transparent pool, it feels like a mermaid attraction in Ancol..

Nice, comfortable, tasty, cheap, but haven't tried the food.

The location is very accessible. Parking is limited and the swimming pool is not directly accessible, coincidentally there was a wedding & birthday party. In the middle of the night, the sound of motorbikes revving on the street in front of the hotel was quite noisy, disturbing the comfort of sleep. Friendly staff, clean room. Not many food variations, the taste was okay.
