Rooms and services are very good, better than the price. Reception staff is welcoming, quick check in without waiting for a room. Nma the distance to the fireground is a bit long. Quite expensive to travel if you want to fully experience it. Overall it's good

Sau 4 năm quay trở lại Hạ Long thì đây là 1 trải nghiệm thú vị cùng Halong Boutique Hotel Các bạn lễ tân, buồng phòng, nhà hàng đều rất nhẹ nhàng, thái độ hoà nhã và tận tâm với khách. Phòng ở sạch sẽ, đồ dùng đầy đủ, yên tĩnh, giá cả hợp lý. Đồ ăn sáng có 2 món phở bò và bánh mỳ trứng, đánh giá phở bò khá ổn, nước trong, thanh có thể nêm vừa ăn. Sẽ ủng hộ lại nếu có dịp ghé qua.

Mọi thứ ok, riêng có đồ ăn sáng cần phải chấn trỉnh lại, rất tệ

Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình nhẹ nhàng. Phòng hơi bé và bí 1 chút nhưng không sao, bên ngoài nhìn không được như trong ảnh chụp.

Mọi thứ đều rất tốt luôn. Các chị Lễ Tân siêu dễ thương luôn lần đầu được trải nghiệm tốt từ dịch vụ như vậy

The time of stay in the app is set to check in at 14 o'clock, check out at 12 o'clock the next day. But when I arrived, the hotel only applied 3 hours to stay. Extra charge to stay until the next day. Why does the hotel and the app not agree on such a check-in check-out time? If the room price is close to 300k only for 3 hours, why write the check-in check-out time like that?
