I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused during your stay at the resort with the room experience, activities and transportation services. After checking with the relevant department, I found that Ms. Trang called about the transportation of her belongings on October 8 and October 10. Unfortunately, the staff who received my call on October 8 did not share it with the staff in the same department, which caused the staff on October 10 to ask Ms. Trang for some information so that we could receive and send the goods back to you.
