The receptionist wasn't all asleep.

Good service but the road is down and dangerous.

The facilities are inadequate, especially the water is not smooth. Macett. For a morning shower, take a bath in the style of a cowboy bath. Body wash.

the hokestay is very bad, sleep smells stuffy, not customer oriented, there is no guest car park (there is an owner's parking lot but guests are prohibited from parking there), drinking water is not available, the TV cannot be ON / may be damaged

Not according to expectations, parking on the side of the road, minimal bathrooms, mineral water must be requested.

Nice place, friendly waitress. the drawback is the bathroom is a bit cramped. but overall, it is recommended to stay here.

The room is stuffy. Not to mention the toilets are extraordinarily narrow, there is no TV in the room, the sound from outside sounds pretty bad.

Good clean rooms, unfortunately the bath soap runs out, but overall is good.

The bathroom is too tight with the measurement of roughly 1 X 1.4 meters. The door of the bathroom opens inward that leaves no space for the guest to stand in the bathroom while shutting the door. Hence, the guest has to be squeezed beside the closet before closing the door. All in all, the homestay staffs are all very friendly though!

The place is nice, clean, unfortunately there is no air conditioner to get hot.

What's interesting for me to stay at Anugerah Rufus Hotel is the ambience of the surrounding environment which is still fresh especially in the morning, the location of the hotel is easy to find because it is located on the highway towards the town of North Toraja Makale and which is mainly close to restaurants or restaurants.
