no good for the service and not maintaining cleanliness 

The room service is less responsible because there is no telephone to connect to the lobby, the room is rarely cleaned. Even dirty glasses in tarok outside are not taken all day and the most important thing is that when I check-in I book 3 nights which there is a tax that I have to pay 1 room per night which is MYR 10, because I book 3 nights I should pay MYR 30, but the receptionist instead asked for MYR 45 so it wasn't in accordance with the provisions, disappointed anyway.

The room is very humid, lacking sunlight, the room smells bad.

Run down of service nowadays. check in need to wait so long. Room not so clean anymore. Pillows are low quality. Will thinks twice to stay here again..

Clean and comfortable budget hotel. Good value for your money. Located near Mahkota hospital and surrounded by many food stalls. Not far from Jonker street night market and the Red House.

Susana horror, every night the corridor lights are turned off! Water dispenser is broken but just left idle, it must go down to floor 1 to get hot water! 😴

3 nights stay here, if it's a night of horror! The corridor of the hall should be bright but this is all the lights turned off, a strange hotel. And the dispensers are only on the 1st floor, must go back and forth up and down😴

Great location and nice place. Lovely staff. The negative: the toilet wasn't clean when we arrived, from the first flooe you could hear everything from the reception (even music and videocalls at very late night! After 2am) and also, they charge a $50 deposit refundable but is not written previously. If you stay there, don't miss the Al Ziya Fathima restoran! Cheap and sooo good!

For me it's weird! The corridor should be bright, but this is when the lights are turned off at night! Scary goosebumps! If the dispenser is broken, it will be corrected immediately!

The staff is too ignorant and does not help when we ask whether there is a mineral water facility. Staff just point to take it in the back, really lazy hotel clerk
