I stayed one night in a 3-bedroom villa. This wide-leaf villa actually has a quite comfortable and serene atmosphere, with a tropical concept and a private pool. However, my stay was less than optimal because suddenly in the morning, water from the pool shower splashed quite far, wetting the sofa, table, and the water leaked into the room. Furthermore, several parts of the pool were visibly poorly maintained, such as rust on the fittings and installations that were visible in the pool, which is certainly very dangerous for guests if there is an electrical short circuit. Dealing with the influx of water took quite a while, staff arrived at 7:15 to apologize because the engineering team had not arrived and the temporary solution was to turn off the power. After that, no staff came to clean the wet floor up to the room, even though I had requested it. I know I was checking out that day, but is it standard operating procedure not to clean? I salute the gentleman from engineering who apologized repeatedly to me and my family, and tried to fix the pool but was unable to. Until finally the man connected a hose from the villa next door to fill the pool so my family and I could swim, but it was quite risky for me, and I was already disappointed with the facilities, so I didn't swim. I was very disappointed with the poor facilities in this villa, I stayed 1 night in a 3 bedroom villa but the poor facilities did not match the description on OTA.

nice, cozy and spacious but its too far away.. better to get on the way there at the afternoon or morning because it was super dark at night and the road is very narrow and quite terrifying. make sure to be careful when driving to the villa. the staffs are helpful and friendly.

The hotel and its surroundings are beautiful, but the access road is long and up and down, especially when it rains. The villa is nice, with a pool in the room. However, the cleanliness is lacking. The sofa is moldy and stained both inside and outside the room, and the towels are dirty and musty, not suitable for a villa. Hopefully, this will be improved.

Staff is very friendly and nice. Response rate, I’d say 5/10. They take some time to reply which is a bit annoying. Room was spotless and very clean. I wish they would add more lamps around this villa since its beautiful but its creepy cause the lamp there a bit dimmed at night.

I stayed from 5-9 May with an 18-month-old toddler. The location is quite far from everywhere, so make sure you rent a car. If you're looking for a serene and peaceful place to stay, this hotel is perfect for you. The staff were friendly, the room was properly cleaned. The Wi-Fi connection's great too. My overall stay was great, but maybe the options for the breakfast could be improved.

The best villa rooms and facilities at affordable prices. However, the service of the hotel staff is very bad. I was asked for a lot of extra charges which are illegal because they were asked to be paid in cash and without a receipt. Hopefully the management can improve the service from the employees.

Sorry in advance, the facilities are lacking. I got a dead TV, noisy AC, salty food. I've complained since I just arrived, it was replaced the next day. The response is slow. Hopefully it can be fixed 🙏

Staying at Daun Lebar is very nice 👍, the cozy ambiance, staff friendliness, delicious meal, we order chicken betutu and taste good, the location far from the city so it's very perfect for people who like a peaceful area.. Thank you Daun Lebar 💯
