Clean hotel, spacious parking lot, comfortable room, only the pillow is a bit hard. Wi-Fi does not reach the room, often disappears, there is a coffee point near the hotel.

It's really comfortable to stay here, the staff are friendly and neat, from the lobby to the room is super duper clean. The restaurant on the 7th floor is also really suitable for a beautiful coffee place. Really like resting here

Stayed during the Eid holiday transit homecoming. The staff is quite friendly, check in smooth, many elevators, clean & fragrant room hallways, rooms according to order, quite spacious, comfortable, soft enough bed, amenities, cold AC, the waste water in the bathroom is a bit stagnant it seems because the floor position is a bit less slanted, the breakfast is delicious, there are pempek & mie celor, the restaurant is quite spacious there is a lounge too, at night there is live music. Easy to find food around there is Mie Gacoan, Indomaret Alfamart, gas stations & ATMs not far. No regrets spending time here.

The room is fragrant and clean. The downside of the hotel that was booked is not soundproof, when resting it is disturbed by the noise from outside the room.

very suitable for overnight transit

I stayed for 1 day 1 night, overall everything was pleasant & the room was clean & comfortable. There was only 1 thing that disappointed me a bit, I requested 1 extra pillow at 22:00 WIB to the front office and was told to wait 10 minutes for the extra pillow to be delivered but in reality the extra pillow was not delivered until I checked out. Please pay more attention if there are guests who request it. Thank you.
