It's quite nice to live here in Kendari.

Not bad for staying while in Kendari.

The hotel is comfortable. It's strategically located, and the staff are all friendly. The amenities are quite complete. The breakfast is delicious, quite comprehensive, and there's a swimming pool. The wifi was a bit lacking, however, as I stayed in the room at the very end of the 6th floor near the emergency stairs. It was spotty. But overall, it was great. A must-stay if you're in Kendari.

The staff are friendly, the swimming pool is only for children, the shower faucet is broken even though it was replaced after complaints, the shower water is not warm enough, the food menu is limited

The sound between rooms is too loud, not soundproof enough

If I may suggest, clean the room at night if possible, minimize it, because the sound of the trolley really disturbs your rest.
