The hotel was okay. The reception staff were helpful.

The location is central and convenient for getting around. The rooms are quite old and lack an exhaust fan. The rooms reek of cigarette smoke, and the bathroom has no ventilation or exhaust fan, making it quite smelly. There is no bottled water, tea, or coffee like in other hotels. There are no clothes hangers in the room; you have to ask the reception for them.

Overall it's enough and the location is quite convenient. The staff was enthusiastic when the room equipment was broken so they proactively changed rooms for me.
