Located at the center of Johor Bahru, and the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and massage centers.

Overall, the stay was decent. The beds were a bit stiff for side sleepers like me, and the soundproofing could use a bit of work, but no other complaints besides that. Location is great as there were plenty of restaurants and car washes within the vicinity.

Front desk Senior staff Lydna was really helpful. her junior staff made a boo boo on the validation of the TNG card and i was mistakenly charged RM41 for the carpark. But Lynda made good by getting my details and arranging the refund. they even followed up on the process and it was done within the expected timeline. Thank you for the good service rendered. will surely stay again. Oh yes the breakfast buffet spread also legit.

Good value for money if you are looking for a staycation near CIQ. Pros - Location is not too far from jb ciq although still need to take a taxi. Lots of nearby restaurants just below the hotel and 10 minute walk to Pelangi area. Room was huge and clean. We were able to watch Netflix and Youtube with the Smart TV. Cons - They did not provide towels in the room and we had to request from Housekeeping but they quickly delivered it to our room. Bidet was leaking a bit in the toilet area. We also could not change the aircon temp although it was good enough. Check in time also a bit late at 3 PM.
