The staff are friendly, the location is very close to the Ancol marina gate, there is a minimarket next to it, suitable if you want to go to Ancol early in the morning.

I have ordered 3 rooms and I have paid for it via the application but I decided not to stay, it is not feasible to stay there for the following reasons: There is no receptionist, I was confused looking for this Ancol homestay place because the entrance turned out to be a laundry shop. Ancol homestay name signpost, the door is locked and it says close / closed there is no one I banged on then I called the telephone number, it turned out that the mother who had the boarding house did not live in the homestay, then her subordinates opened the door to the laundry shop, the laundry clerk gave me 2 rooms on the 3rd floor and 1 room on the 1st floor, I asked for a room on the 1st floor because there were small children but they were not given a full reason and they said they just carried small children, the bathroom had a lot of cockroaches, the sheets had lots of stains, the bed was messy and untidy, the room was very dirty, I'm willing to lose 600 thousand instead of sleeping there but feel uncomfortable the horror atmosphere, I feel the aura is not good, I'm disappointed too how can I cooperation with lodging that is not suitable as a homestay. This is an obscure boarding house.

Very dirty place, the toilet, bed, ground everything is so dirty, very disgusting place. Make all body so itchy. Very smell place. Don't trust about the photo that post on the app, because already edited by filter. The bed spring so soft and will make your body get pain and make all your body itchy. I think they don't change the bed cover, even still have so many mark and dirty. Really really disgusting. So disappointed.
