Good quality for money. enthusiastic staff. quite near the center.

the room was so small. I requested for twin beds but they don't have twin beds.

I am a regular guest of the hotel, stay a lot on the hotel side. Every time you don't see the parking fee, the last time the staff announced that guests will be charged 150k / night. Too high and unreasonable

The room is small and not clean, the television is small and too low for the bed. When lying down can not see. Wooden floors go barefoot feel sticky feet ..

My hotel 172 OCD is not as I imagined, probably my branch is located in 172 O Cho Dua is the exception, my room is 102 floors 2, small space, bed + towels are quite dirty with yellow stains, After bathing, I could not wipe. This is quite similar to a think house, not a 3-star Hotel that I imagined. Somewhat disappointed for my 4 days 3 nights trip to Hanoi.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Although it is a bit far from the center, it may be suitable for resting and working in Hanoi

This hotel has been operated for a year, so the service is just ok, not so impressive. The room is rather small and the fridge in the lobby is dirty inside... I hope it will be improving soon in the future as I did give them this comment

The price is similar to other hotels but it is much cheaper to order through the app. Rooms are clean but a bit cramped. Rather quiet. Compared to the price is too good. I will come here again
