The rooms was so dirty and toilet too. AC not cold. Different between pictures in app and reality. Unsatisfied 😢

The room was very dark, dirty, the sheets had lots of stains and dust, the windows were broken, there were no tissues and welcome drinks, the toiletries were just ugly buckets and dull dips, still wet towels used by people were folded again, pillowcases smelled, the TV couldn't be turned on. For the price of 300 thousand it is not feasible. coupled with unprofessional officers, there are guests but lying on the couch, asked to help between not moving even busy playing cellphones, as if not caring, even though for guests looking for rooms in apartments that many towers must be difficult. Very disappointing.

Very not recommended. No toiletries provided, no WiFi, TV can't be watched, hot air conditioning, dirty room, smelly room, dirty mattress pillow bolt sheets, smelly water, the manager like not intent on renting out, must imitate the airy or literoom as it seems.

The room was dirty, the sheets and blankets were not replaced and dirty lots of stains, towels were prepared in wet conditions, the closet was broken, the TV remote could not be used, the bathroom lights were off. It's not worth!

Disappointing, the toilet was in stock, the soap was in stock, shampoo and toothbrush were not available, the TV remote was not there, the washing tap was broken, towels were only 1, there was no parking space. Disappointed.

Very, very badly, I have paid but it turns out the owner of the apartment room cannot be contacted, the apart party has no contact. My money just disappeared, apart security was very bad, the building was not feasible.

Not recommended, in the bedroom there are many spots, especially in the bed. the spots are still wet. very dirty. Bed linen is not replaced. There are also spots on the sofa. Liquid is not clear.

Room facilities are complete and functioning properly, only the sheets are dirty and to reach the room we have to struggle first using an emergency staircase which is quite tiring because the elevator connected to the room floor is being damaged. The atmosphere was quite quiet and a bit of horror on the floor we stayed like no other occupants anymore and when the lights went out there were no officers notifying because there was no communication device. For the future, hopefully it will be better in customer service and convenience.

Dirty room. The rooms are formerly used and have not been cleaned. The service is also unpleasant.

The rooms are nice and complete, everything is there, the stove is also on. Want to cook well can also be done.

Got a room in Magnolia Tower, entered the elevator but the elevator was like a freight elevator, after arriving at the 15th floor the conditions were very improper, some roof lights hanging and not lit, conditions like being built, dirty and dusty, besides feeling like nothing the people there except us, super creepy, we looked for rooms but were back and forth not found as a result we had to go down again and return to the receptionist finally we returned the keys and stayed in another place, a bad experience not recommended at all.

The building is very and not yet perfect, there are still many materials waking up scattered and also the guest elevator is still covered in wood. When entering the room, the floor is wet because this room has no door and also a bed sheet. What they put up is still a lot of spots.

The condition of the apartment that I occupy has not been built 100%. There are still many parts that need to be repaired.
