Friendly staff. Free mineral water at the hotel.

The second time I came back, I was given a smaller room than the last time. The room had no wardrobe. When I asked for hangers, the hotel said they ran out of hangers.

Clean room - Convenient area - Quiet surroundings. Relatively soundproof room. Another plus is that there is a coffee shop - 24-hour laundry nearby.

Suitable for a staycation. For those who want to do lots of activities outside the hotel, it's quite an effort because the road is quite far from Bukit Bintang MRT. If you're going anywhere by taxi/grab car, it's probably not a problem.

It 's good overall. Friendly and supportive staff. Nice pool view. Room and other areas are clean. However, room is very small and has no wardrobe.

So good! The bed so comfy! Affordable and strategic location! 5 minutes to 7-11, and there 's a delicious Thai restaurants near hotel. Also love the pools and rooftop, especially when evening! Chill and not crowded!

Need to take a grab to main attractions, has rooster sounds early in the morning and late at night. Friendly reception. Comfortable clean rooms

Overall the Hotel is good, clean and tidy. The receptionist also nice. but the temperature in the hotel is not so good especially on day time. Room hotel using mini-split air conditioner and it is on when we enter the room, so the temperature will be good after 30-45 minutes. All electricity are off when we left the room, we are strongly recommend that the air conditioner and refrigerator are able to switch on when guest left the room.

The hotel is located in a large alley about 10 minutes' walk from the wholesale market of pratunam, suitable for those who like to go shopping. We stayed here for 3 nights, everything seemed to be fine because the hotel was quite new with advanced equipment - opened in February 2019 except for a few points: the old receptionist was however friendly, In the room, there is no set up of slippers, so it is necessary to go barefoot, the toilet door does not have a key and the bathroom has no glass door. superior double rooms do not have a wardrobe and the area is also quite small.

The hotel is new, nice, clean, the rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly even with limited English. There is a pool planned on the rooftop, recommended is the main thing, want to shop near to live on foot.

very new hotel near by ratchaprarob airport rail link station with walkable distance. staffs are outstanding, warm welcoming us when we check-in. room has nice decor, clean and comfortable. the pool on rooftop is also nice with a good view. we enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was great. Just a little bit far from the Phaya Thai BTS. A speacial thing I love is the nice view swimming pool.
