At that price it's very good.

The worst decision ever to book at this hotel. First impression was no such hotel at all. The lobby was just a single multi-function table with no professionalism. The bed was infested by small cockroaches and bedbugs, as was the bathroom. I requested a change and thankfully got a better one. There were no amenities like towels or a heater. I really regret having to stay here for more than one day. It doesn't match the picture in the application.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the room and overall experience did not quite live up to my expectations. The room looked different from the pictures and was less clean than expected. I found several strands of hair on the bed and floor, while the bathroom had visible buildup. There was also a cockroach in the room, which was definitely unpleasant. The TV was also not a Smart TV as I had expected. Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel itself was okay, but the facilities could use some improvement. There is no elevator, so I had to take the stairs all the way to the third floor. It was quite tiring, especially since I had specifically requested a lower floor. The location is also inside a narrow alley, which can be a little inconvenient. Food: I didn’t have much experience with the food, so I can’t comment much on this aspect. Staff Assistance: The staff were friendly and polite, which was one of the positive aspects of my stay. Highlights: The friendliness of the staff was the main positive point. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and room condition took away from the overall experience. Price: Considering the cleanliness, room condition, and facilities, I felt the experience did not fully match the price I paid. Location: The hotel is located inside a relatively narrow alley, which may be a little difficult to access, especially by car.

Overall, for that price, I still give it a comfortable review, even though some of the facilities are lacking, from the blanket and bedsheets which don't seem to have been changed, there are oil stains or whatever, the toilet door can't be closed.

Centrally located, comfortable, clean rooms. Towels, Wi-Fi, toothbrushes, desk, tissues, mineral water. TV channels available. Pillows and blankets. Table lamps. Sockets and a closet are available. Choose a bathroom with a water heater. Suitable for those temporarily staying in Jakarta.

If you bring a car and come home at night, you won't be able to park, you have to park far away, and you'll be asked to pay 20,000 for parking.

5 days stay. The wifi is terrible, the hotel has no hot kettle, no soundproofing, borrowing scissors and duct tape is impossible, the bathroom cannot be locked, looking for a non-smoking room, but every afternoon to night the smell of cigarettes is really strong, the staff is not responsive, slow to reply to WhatsApp, from the 4th floor to the 1st floor you have to climb stairs carrying 2 heavy items early in the morning.
