I booked 2 rooms 2 nights, but can't get to the room: the door has no lock, the room is dirty, the air conditioner is broken, the image on the app is far from reality. Must return the room.

The hotel is near the center, easy to go, clean rooms.

Clean room. The center area. Cheaper to book directly. However, late at night and in the early morning, there is no hot water, which is inconvenient except for 1 star.

I was staying for 1 night The hotel location was so good, near Ninh Kieu Wharf (only 300 meters) With that super cheap price, I was not suppose to ask about good service. But the smell in the room, we can't not handle it, so stinky and the bed we slept, I felt itchy for my whole sleep
