OK, not bad, but the pool has a rule?!

The place is pretty clean, but there is no wifi, AC and far from restaurants.

For some reason I felt this place is disturbing & creapy. 18:05 check in, 19:00 check out.

The room and facilities just below the expectation. I booked for 2 nights, but just stay for 1 night only.. Bad experience.. Need to improve a lot.

There is no hot water, the TV is broken, the room has a lot of black ants and others.

staff unfriendly, unwilling to give wifi password. No mineral water being provided. The location is not strategic, very far from supermarket, restaurant. The room is big. But I won't come back to stay at this place again

Love this hotels apartment. Clean and comfortable. A lot of parking space. Easy check in and check out.

I really love this place. Although it is still underconstruction but I love it. The place is so nice with amazing atmosphere. But sometimes the signal is sick and also there is no hairdryer and tv signal is s**k. But overall is good.

comfortable room..completely complete .. lots of development will be built around ownstay..the swimming pool is open only up to 10mlm..the whole is satisfactory and comfortable

The rate is expensive if I compare the room facilities. TV cannot be on. No phone line. We cannot complaint the facilities immediately because no admin office. I only can inform at the security guard.

place is clean, it's new and it's absolutely fully furnished for family stay and kids friendly place

how come the security became front office, no body incharge, not professional but room very good.

The room is not equipped by iron and ironing board.

From KLIA directly to Genting to Awana terminal, from the taxi taxi terminal to this apartment for RM 27, the driver apparently did not know because the location was quite far from the main road and the apartment name was actually Midhills instead of OwnAstay. The rooms are nice because of the new apartments but no WiFi. TV is only 4 channels and the signal is bad, for those who bring children the absence of WiFi makes them really BT. If you want a nice and quiet view this place is just right.

No amenities such as shampoo and body wash, furthermore the TV channels are not working at all. This is the worst stay I ever experienced. In additional, the host is not follow up with the guest during arrivals, getting me to wait for longer hour at lobby.

The place is actually good but it's not ready for rent. Hot rooms don't have air conditioning and there is no WiFi location anywhere.

The apartment is still 3 months old, it is still under construction, but it is not too disturbing the atmosphere, facilities such as lifts, swimming pools, gyms ready for use.

No Internet Service no Aircon.
