The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and every time I stay, I always have a beach view.

The hotel staff was very responsive when the AC was not cold enough, they immediately fixed it and the staff were friendly.

At first the toilet couldn't be flushed but it was fixed and the sheets were a bit dirty.

The location in Singaraja is excellent and conveniently close to many attractions. The price is also very reasonable, especially the food prices. However, cleanliness needs to be improved, particularly in the lobby, pathway areas, and guest rooms. There is also significant room for improvement in both the staff service and overall management.

Great location, downtown, beach view, beach access. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, including rice, bread, fruit, boiled rice, coffee, tea, orange infused water, pudding, and more. However, when I tried to make tea in my room, the spoon wasn't washed, and there was still jam on it, possibly from the previous guest. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

It's so nice because it's in front of the beach

Nice view, nice staff. Feel comfortable.

I arrived to check in early, at 1:30 PM WITA, but I said it was okay to wait until check-in time. After I waited, several other people arrived and got rooms straight away. I continued to wait until the remaining couple and I were all booked. Finally, I checked in at 2:45 PM, almost an hour after the 2:00 PM WITA check-in time.

Next time I will stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel staff is friendly, the menu has a lot of variety at an affordable price, and in the afternoon you can enjoy the beach atmosphere with a young coconut, highly recommended.
