Phòng mình đặt vừa đủ cho 4 người, nhà mình thì 3 người thôi. Mọi thứ đều tốt, nhân viên thân thiện, nhà vệ sinh sạch sẽ,... Nhưng có điều đêm đó mình không thể ngủ được vì có phòng nào đó ăn nhậu đến 3h sáng, sáng thì 6h có tiếng con nít khóc. 2 bạn lễ tân thực sự lịch sự, dễ thương.

However, because I got on the plane late at night, the day before, I told the staff to stay for an extra 1/2 day and was quoted 300k -> 350k. But when checking out, another staff reported 550k. I disagree and you call the manager. The management attitude is very unpleasant to ask the customer to pay 450k as the minimum. Back and forth for a long time. I do not accept and the staff member told me if so, then deducted from the salary the employee quoted. I'm really upset about that inconsistent way of working.
