The room was nice, but the staff were unprofessional.

The room didn't look like the pictures. It wasn't a hotel room, but an apartment registered under the hotel's name. It was on the top floor, and the cleaning was terrible; the room smelled awful, the refrigerator had a lingering odor, and something in the hallway outside the hotel seemed broken, causing a terrible stench of garbage to permeate the room. It felt like I'd been out of the house for over ten hours. I had to buy air freshener and scented candles just to be able to sleep through the night. A truly awful experience!

Located within the Muong Thanh Vien Trieu complex, everything is fine, fully equipped with amenities; the interior is somewhat run-down but not too bad.

The rooms are nice, clean, and affordable, suitable for families traveling by car and not by motorbike.

The place is closer to the beach and mini markets are everywhere 🥰. You can find many kinds of foods, pharmacies, and body spa massages downstairs. Definitely will be back soon! ❤️

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but there are a few things to consider: The hotel is located in an apartment building and about 2-3km from the dining center. There are supermarkets and shops in the apartment building, but the food is only 6/10, there are no specialties. There is no parking lot, so you have to park your car in the apartment building's outdoor parking lot and pay an additional 100-150k per night. The hair dryer is very weak. The wifi is sometimes slow at night. The armchairs are dirty and have many stains, so I didn't use them. The elevator is old and slow, so sometimes the wait is a bit long. There are electric cars for rent near the hotel, but the price is high, about 350k per day if I remember correctly. Other than that, the price is cheap and the bedrooms and bathrooms are generally clean, the equipment is clean, so it is reasonable for a family trip.

I stayed in the Family connect room with sea view. This is like an apartment building, this room is 2 combined apartments, with connecting doors so there are 2 toilets for 2 rooms. There is a balcony with sea view. In the morning, just walk across the street to enjoy the services at Hon Chong beach such as SUP rowing, swimming, and cafes at Hon Chong. The downside is that if it rains, this section of the road is a bit flooded. And note that if you have a car parked in the building's basement, you will have to pay an additional parking fee.

Everything is ok, but why can the guest in another room open my door?

I booked 2 rooms. The room for 2 people smelled of cigarettes and the walls were damp. The family room for 4 people was OK. The hotel is near the beach, so it's very convenient to walk to the beach and swim.

I booked 2 room types, the 4-person room was clean, had a nice view, and was okay. The 2-person room had moldy walls, and the air conditioner smelled of cigarettes. The hotel is near Hon Chong, you can walk to the beach.

The beach is right in front of the hotel but it's rocky.
