This is the best place I've found in the Linh Dam, Hoang Mai area. When I first arrived, I asked the security guard for clarification on the schedule so I could use the transportation conveniently, but for some reason he seemed a bit grumpy, probably because I'm from the South. However, things were normal after a few days. The room was pretty good, not too big but clean and nice, with all the necessary amenities, including a TV with Netflix. The staff were also very helpful; on the second day, when I got stuck at the door, a staff member assisted me. There were no convenience stores nearby, so you had to cross the road to find grocery stores and food stalls. I recommend Ba Hy's steamed rice rolls nearby! Overall, I'll definitely book again!

The room is a bit small. The hotel has no soundproofing. The room opposite is very noisy, you can hear the door opening and closing. There is no soundproofing so it feels uncomfortable.
