The interior of the hotel and room is so modern futuristic with cool color design. The room space is also spacious. The location is just in front of Saigon Center. Very recommended to stay in this hotel.

Terrible experience, never to return. Had to answer 7749 questions from the receptionist before being allowed to go to the room just because my family member has Chinese nationality. Checked every entry stamp and asked for the guest's visa. It's funny that other hotels don't require that much information but when questioned, they blame the new government for changes. Discriminatory attitude, terrible service. With the price of 2,600,000/night and the room is too ordinary.

A hotel that is very close to the mall. Just walk and cross the street and you will reach the mall. Everywhere is very close, just walk. The service is very good. The breakfast for me as a Muslim is also good. Every food that contains pork must have a description, so we didn't take the wrong one.

Very good accommodation, close to various places. Traveling is very convenient. The service staff is very good. I have stayed here 2 times already. If I go again, I will choose to stay here again.

Hotel location is good but room design and soundproofing is terrible

It was fine except of a room type confusion between the app and the Hotel, it took a while but the Hotel and the app did their best to solve the issue, even so the solution took to long and to many calls to me, the issue was solved to my satisfaction and I will return to the Hotel again in the future.

Staff was friendly and spoke English too. We stayed at the 8th floor, there was only 3-4 rooms per floor, a small but cozy boutique hotel. In the morning, just opp the hotel, there's a stall selling Rice Noodles soup, it had seafood in it and the soup tasted so delicious! Location of hotel was very convenient as well, we practically could walk to most of the places we wanted to explore from the hotel. Grab was convenient to call too, it was easy to book and the car came quickly, didn't had to wait for long.

The location of the hotel is quite good in the middle of HCM city. Rooms are spacious & comfortable.

house keeping does not clean the room or add drinking water while I am staying. The room is very noisy with no soundproofing. Up and down the water is heard. The hotel does not have a car park for guests
