Staff are very accommodating, place ambiance is relaxing and homey. The place is great.

The hotel itself is very nice. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, the water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low. The water only came out as a small trickle, which made it very difficult to take a proper shower. I hope the hotel can fix this issue because everything else about my stay was enjoyable.

I was very satisfied with the service from the staff here. It wasn't even 2 a.m., but we were already allowed to check in. While waiting for our room to be checked, we were served refreshing iced ginger tea. The atmosphere was also very peaceful and cool. It was a great stay here.

The room rates were cheap. A welcome drink was provided. The hotel offered motorbike rentals at a fairly low price (90,000 rupiah/day). They also offered early check-in if rooms were available. My original room had strange animal droppings on the second day. However, given the abundance of wild animals and insects in Bali in general and Nusa Penida in particular, I don't blame them for this. When I complained to the reception, they promptly changed our room.

An interesting experience staying at Wait Garden Cottage for 3 days 2 nights. When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff who helped us check in and also had a light chat that could relieve our fatigue. Our review for this accommodation: -Our check-in process via the application was recorded by the hotel staff, so we didn't have to bother taking out our cellphones anymore. -The room we received was very clean, even my wife was amazed by its cleanliness. -Spacious bathroom -Complete and clean toiletries -There is a kettle to boil water if you want to make coffee, tea, or instant noodles. -We were immediately given the wifi password and helped log in. -The AC was very cold. -On the 2nd day, the staff helped tidy up and clean our room, also replaced our wet towels. -Breakfast on those 2 days was also delicious. -There is a clean swimming pool. Minuses for our room: -The TV can be turned on, but there are no channels to watch, but it's OK, because the wifi internet is fast so enjoying Youtube on our cellphones and laptops is enough. Location Review: -The hotel's location is strategic, very easy to go everywhere. We were captivated by the cleanliness and ambiance of Cristal Beach, especially Pandan Beach. The accommodation's proximity to the harbor made it easy to find snacks and eat there. When we return, we'll definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for the accommodation.

I booked four rooms to stay for one day and several things I picked up first was how great the service was. Staff are friendly and helpful, we were even welcomed with refreshing drinks. The hotel location is not in the middle of main road so it was quiet and peaceful. Also there is a swimming pool in the middle of the rooms so you could relax a bit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, enjoyed staying here and would return if I went to Nusa Penida again.
