It was our 2nd time in Quest Hotel and our stay was amazing even if the bidet in our restroom has a weak pressure. I think they forgot to put towels in our room but our overall stay was still okay. The hotel was jam-packed since it ' s the holiday season but they were still able to accommodate our same day booking.

Clean and hassle-free. The lobby was a bit crowded, I was surprised to find everything closes so early in Tagaytay- not much to do in the nearby amenities such us Fora or Ayala. Even the cafe in the Hotel was only until 2pm!

Overall stay was good but I can't help but to call the attention of the front desk regarding the use of roller shades as curtain because it does not overlap so the tendency, light gets in in between on both sides. I usually don't get up early and likes very dark rooms so I usually get up early when I was there because once the sun rises, the room gets bright already. They said this was a complain before, but how come they don't address it. I forgot to take a photo of it.

Very happy with their service all the staff are accommodating and hospitable. We were placed in a corner room on the 8th floor though view is not that great, still nice to hang out in the balcony. Room is clean, everything I asked for they were able to provide. Food is okay, not that pricey.

Very nice hotel. We’ll definitely be back. My only concern is the bathroom. Water is leaking from shower cabin to the toilet. The bathroom can be flooded but can easily be disregarded if only a bath mat is available. Over all the stay is wonderful.

At first, I was disappointed by the check-in time as we waited for 40min. However, it was a good steal because the room was very new. Bed was high for todds but very comfortable. Rest room and bathroom was a bit small for larger person but well equip with toiletries and high class ceramics. Toiletries can be compared to a five star property, soap was made of oatmeal and bathgels was excellent. We loved the hot water and rooms was equipped with mini ref, with welcome coffee and refillable water. There is also airport for your coffee needs. Though lacks on cabinet facility, there is enough space for your clothes with wooden hangers. Overall, this is one of the best hotels in Tagaytay. I have been working in Tagaytay for 8 years in a hospitality industry and this is one I highly recommended. Parking was limited but very accessible. Very near Fora and Ayala Serin too. We will definitely comeback.. a plus for the super fluppy and comfy pillows. The lobby was also instagrammable. 😍

Great accommodation and affordable price compared to other hotels in the area. Room is sparkling clean, they have kettle, fridge, and safe. It has a dedicated way to the Fora mall where there are a lot of restaurants and cafe's to dine. Staffs are great and kind they have the same courtesy as the hotel staffs in Quest Cebu. We requested and was granted early check in which was very convenient due to the long drive we had to take. Few feedback: - The hotel is still new, there are areas where it still smelled like paint. Would be good to add diffuses in some areas to remove this smell. - Lobby seats are not comfortable because it was too low, not suitable for those with knee problems. - bathroom is quite small, for big people like us, it will be hard to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night without getting hurt 😂 - pool was too cold - Our company had a tie up with Quest Cebu and checking in there regularly I have an idea on the standards of Quest Cebu unfortunately they don't accept corporate discounts in Quest Tagaytay. - The view from the porch from our side of the hotel shows a small community and they could be quite loud sometimes, we woke up one afternoon because of loud curses. Photos are uploaded as well. Overall, the experience was suitable for the price and will definitely check in again. But I hope on the other side of the hotel next time. 😊

Great location! Enjoyed nearby malls. Though tourists won't go to Tagaytay for swimming, it would still be great if you could provide guests the chance to use the pool with at least heated/warm water. Nevertheless, would definitely book this hotel again!
