a pleasant experience to stay here.. can see the beautiful sparkling lights of Surabaya at night.. the atmosphere of the hotel and its surroundings are very calm.. suitable for healing without going far out of town.. the wifi is smooth.. the room is spacious and clean.. the staff is very helpful.. the hot water is great.. anyway, it is recommended..

A fairly good place to stay for a cheap price, clean rooms, cold AC and hot water for bathing. There is also a hot & cold water dispenser outside the room for us to drink. The location is close to Ciputra Mall which can be reached on foot.

There is no synchronization between the order in the application and the availability of rooms at the location, in the application the rooms are available at the location but the rooms are full.. the receptionist in the lobby is not friendly and impolite, does not respect guests.

the room is very spacious and comfortable. strategic location, close to Ciputra World mall. unfortunately the Wifi is very slow in my room. car parking is available, although limited.

Saya pesan 3 kamar: 2 deluxe double, 1 suite family. Kamarnya luas, kasurnya besar dan cukup bersih, kamar mandi bagus bersih, tapi ada 1 kamar saluran WC baunya tercium jika dibuka penutupnya dan kesetnya kotor. Dapat handuk semua, tapi ada 1 kamar enggak dapat sabun batang. Sayang banget di kamar mandi enggak ada sabun cair padahal ada tempatnya. Parkir kecil jadi berjajar di area depan gedung. Jam malam semua gerbang ditutup jadi pintu masuk hanya untuk orang saja. Pelayanan cukup banyak membantu walaupun enggak ramah ya mas-masnya. Hihii.

Kamar sesuai untuk type family, sangat luas, ada hairdryer juga, untuk kebersihan mohon di tingkatkan lagi. Dan untuk type standard room, mungkin saya dapat kamar yang sudah lama ga di tempati jadi kotor dan beberapa sudut ada sawang, terus minta bersebelahan/yang mendekati katanya ga ada. Jadi kurang puas aja.

Kamar dan kamar mandi kotor, jorok dan bau. Signal TV tidak bagus. Staff hotel tidak ramah. Harusnya nginap 3 malam tapi di hari kedua memutuskan check out karena tidak nyaman.

Ada tamu lain yang berlarian di lantai 1-3, pintu kamar kami dicoba dibuka paksa dengan kartu lain dari luar (posisi kami tamu sedang di dalam kamar, sehingga ketika ada notifikasi pintu dibuka paksa langsung bunyi), kami merasa privasi terganggu dan tidak aman.
