Roach on the kitchen, foul smell if you leave the room without AC or exhaust on. The admin needs training for hospitality as they leave me on read multiple times and never confirm anything. Location is great, my room was on the 25th floor and I can see the best city lights and Monas from the balcony.

Not recommended at all. Very slow service, the apartment is difficult to contact. Waiting for 1 hour to get the room key, we are like smuggled immigrants, key transactions in the room with individual agents. Asked to transfer a deposit of 500 thousand, but when the CO deposit is difficult to return and there is no clarity from the apartment.

The staff was nice, but I don't know if there's a stinky smell either from the toilet or from the sink.

Great place! But when they're handing over the key for the room, they're very late. We had to wait for 1 hour, try to improve on the time punctuality.
