Visiting family is most comfortable staying here... This accommodation is clean, no worries about food, everything is easy to find.

Honestly, I ordered this for 400 thousand. The bathroom is dirty, the room is narrow and dirty. Too overpriced for a hotel like a guesthouse. The hot water is also unstable. The room smells damp and stuffy.

the hotel has enough parking space, at night the car park becomes parallel .. the cleanliness of the room is sufficient, there are spider webs, ants on the floor and dust too, so far it is said to be disturbing yes not really only yes it would be nice if it was cleaned, especially ants, because when there is food they automatically swarm, for the bathroom hot water is ok, water is ok, toilet is ok .. for the AC is cold, blankets and pillows, sheets are still at the ok stage, tv is ok .. for the place is also ok, there are many mini markets, restaurants, and other shophouses around the hotel area, what surprised me was that there were some women on the 2nd floor who were a bit disturbing, I don't know what the women were doing, because they were in the area outside the room, employees who were tidying up the hotel or what, hopefully it can be fixed again, because it was quite surprising when I went up to the 2nd floor where my room was indeed on the 2nd floor.

What I like: 1. The price is really good, especially for students 2. The facilities are okay. Order a twin room request 2 single beds, get 2 blankets, 2 towels, 2 toothbrushes, shampoo and soap are available. Sitting toilet with jetspray. There is also a water heater. 3. Cold AC 4. The room does not smell of cigarettes 5. Very strategic location, close to minimarkets, places to eat, laundry 6. There is a smoking room and a balcony for smoking, so the room does not smell. 7. Easy check-in, ID can be used other than KTP. 8. Parking is okay 9. The receptionists are available 24 hours What I don't like: 1. The room lights are dim, it's difficult to dress up even though there is a large mirror in the room 2. There is no mirror in the bathroom 3. There are spider webs in the corner of the room 4. Water heater delay, for example, if you want to switch from cold to hot, the water doesn't get hot immediately. So it has to be turned off first, then immediately slide to the hot one 5. Wifi on the 1st floor has a bad signal 6. AC remote is delayed Hopefully this helps, from me this is recommended for those looking for a cheap place to stay on the outskirts of the city 👍

Actually the room was comfortable and clean but the receptionist was grumpy, maybe she was tired, and outside the room was dirty with lots of cigarette butts even though we are allergic to everything related to cigarettes. Does the affordable price have to be like this? Lack of discipline.

Kamar cukup luas, sesuai pesanan, bersih, disediakan ruang khusus merokok di luar kamar, air minum sepuasnya. Hanya parkiran cukup kecil, jadi saat ramai sering di telpon untuk pindahkan kendaraan.

The atmosphere is nice, comfortable and clean.

Comfortable, easy access, friendly service. Later, I will stay here again if I go to Jogja for a vacation.

The rooms fit the photos, are clean, the children like to play water, go to sleep until morning, the top is as expected.
