I booked this hotel with not much expectation, but the hotel exceeded my expectation. The hotel, although not super clean, is clean and not dirty. The AC is not cold enough and towels are not provided, you have to ask the receptionist. The TV only broadcasts SCTV. There is no hot water. The rest is okay, close to Ciwalk mall, there are minimarkets around, lots of snacks and others.

The staff was friendly and humble. But I think the bathroom needs more cleaning for a better experience.

Minus : 1. Stayed for 3 days but not a single day the TV was on, so what was the TV for? Decoration? Formality? To make it look like the facilities are complete? But not? Lacking. 2. There are some rooms that not only have the TV on but also get headphones to listen to the TV. I don't know even though the payment is the same while my room had no TV signal, no headphones. 3. The staff is not very responsive, I added a day to stay but was not given an additional toothbrush and drinking water (had to ask for it first and even then it was only drinking water) 4. The soap often didn't have any contents, in the end I used facial soap, can you imagine? Plus : 1. The bathroom, although it was shared between women and men, was tightly closed, so it was safer for women. 2. The area is close to everywhere Note: I'm really sorry but I often stay at Shakti Capsule in the JAKARTA area and in Jakarta the facilities are REALLY usable and the staff is very responsive, I even informed the staff that he was adding a day when he was fixing the bedcover but he quickly came down to add access + get drinking water and a new toothbrush, even there you can change TOWELS if you stay more than 1 day so towels don't need to be dried. Hopefully it can be fixed. Because I am a subscriber to Shakti Capsule Jakarta, I hope Shakti Capsule in other areas has the same good service as in Jakarta

Strategic location (in front of Cihampelas main road, close to shopping and culinary centers). Affordable price. There are some showers that don't work properly (change the setting to hot water, only a little water comes out). There are no plugs in the capsule room (if you want to charge, you can only use a USB data cable), if you want to charge your cellphone, you can ask the receptionist. The central AC in the room is very cold & even penetrates the capsule (if you want to sleep warm, bring a thick blanket, jacket, long training pants). The blanket given is thin. The bed & locker are a bit dirty.

If you go to Bandung, stay here, it's close to Cwalk
