I was not able to check in according to the order, I was really very disappointed with the wordy system. what I expect after I pay in full, I can stay comfortably. finally I looked for another place to stay because I could not check-in, even though I paid in full according to the order. for the oyo party, please improve service and quality. so that there are no more disappointed customers like me, because I came all the way to Lombok in the hope of a pleasant holiday.
