Khách sạn đặt trước 2 ngày nhưng tới nơi nhân viên nói không nhận được thông báo. Đi dịp lễ 30/4 nên đã cố gắng đặt trước, nhân viên còn kêu trả tiền đi kiếm phòng khác dùm. Rất mất công, tốn thời gian, cuối cùng ông chủ đứng ra giải quyết thì nhận được phòng. Nhưng phòng không sạch lắm, hôi mùi ẩm mốc. Máy lạnh làm lạnh cực lâu.

Tôi đặt phòng double room và đề nghị 2 giường đơn. Nhưng họ cho vào phòng 2 giường đôi rồi đòi tính tiền thêm? Tôi chỉ đi 3 người sử dụng 2 phòng, 1 mình tôi thì ngủ thế nào với 2 giường đôi?
