The facilities are quite complete, only the condition of the room needs renovation, the wooden floor is damaged, the toilet door is broken, the mattress is not comfortable, the wifi, air conditioning & TV are functioning well, the management needs to be improved to make it better.

Worth the money, spacious room and nice view

To check in, walk right from the lobby and look for the Azhimah office. There's a 24-hour security guard. You'll be asked to leave your ID. I got room 620, which seemed fine. There was a balcony key. A full bottle of mineral water. Two towels, one round bar of soap, one small toothpaste, and one liquid soap were provided. A smart TV was provided, and Netflix can be accessed using the manager's account. The floor was clean and not sticky. There was a sink. Cons: 1. The bathroom floor was at an angle, preventing water from draining into the drain. 2. The mattress sagged. 3. The sheets were itchy. 4. The towels smelled. 5. There was a bucket in the bathroom that looked like it had never been washed. There were very few clothes hangers in the bathroom. 6. The mountain view was cut off by the neighboring tower. 7. Traffic noise from the highway was still audible. It's best to bring your own towels, sheets, and toiletries.

The price is worth it, but when you open the bathroom, it gives off an unpleasant smell, who knows where it's coming from. Hopefully, they'll provide dishwashing soap next time.

Staying in an apartment is a matter of luck. Sometimes you get a decent room, sometimes you get an outdated one. This time, I got a room with a floor that was in disrepair, the wallpaper was peeling, and the bathroom door was peeling. However, Azimah's service was slightly superior compared to other managers: they provided decent towels and a bath kit, decent sheets and pillows, and the TV worked with Indihome. For the price, it was still worth it. I like Easton Park because of its location and price, so I often stay here when I'm in Jatinangor.

The most horrible experience staying in this apartment. It is not worth renting at all. The room is very dirty, the mop and all the Janitor's equipment are carelessly placed in the bathroom. We are guests, who knows what we are considered, how can the Janitor's equipment be placed in the toilet like that. The sheets and pillow cases smell of sweat, the worst thing is the bath towels smell of coolie sweat. It is impossible to describe how dirty this accommodation is. Don't try to stay here, I'm not making it up.

Always stay at Easton Park Azhimah every time I go home, this time I got a fairly spacious and clean room, the view is also good to the mountains, staying 3 nights was quite comfortable. staff was good, room kinda dirty

The staff was very kind, willing to accompany me to my room, ask me questions, and even fix the TV. Too bad the TV only had 4 channels 😔. The AC took a long time to cool down, but it was cool. The refrigerator was really useful for storing food for sahur. The view from outside the window at night was beautiful, too bad I didn't take a picture 😭. There was an Indomaret in front, next to it was Gacoan hehe 🤩

The hotel staff is very friendly and responsive. The room is clean and spacious. Get facilities such as TV, AC, sink, cutlery, water heater, cupboard, refrigerator and drinking water dispenser. For accommodation with a price of 200, it is very worth it.
